Projector Repair World is the projector-only arm of Laptop Repair World, founded in 2007 by K. Bhikshapathi in Secunderabad. We carved out projectorservicecenter.com in 2026 because projector repair is its own discipline — different parts, different test rigs, different sourcing.

Laptop Repair World started in 2007, and projector repair was the first non-laptop service we ever picked up — schools, event venues and small offices around Secunderabad asked for it because nobody else in Hyderabad was doing on-site projector work. For 17 years projector repair lived inside the same brand, the same phone line, the same store. That worked, but it also meant projector customers had to dig through laptop service pages to find what they needed.
Projector repair is a separate discipline. A projector lamp is a high-voltage UHP arc bulb with a ballast circuit, not a battery. A color wheel spinning at 7,200 RPM behind a DLP chip has nothing in common with a laptop keyboard. Lens-shift motors, optical engine alignment, fan-bearing replacement, image cleaning between three LCD panels: every one of these is a workshop with different tools and different sourcing networks. Splitting projectorservicecenter.com out lets us write properly for projector owners and stock parts that wouldn't fit a laptop catalogue.

Laptop Repair World founded
K. Bhikshapathi opens the Secunderabad store on M.G. Road. Doorstep laptop repair is the first promise. The model: diagnose first, no fix no fee, 30-day warranty.
Projector lamp service added
Schools and offices around Begumpet ask for on-site lamp replacement. We start sourcing UHP lamps from authorised distributors and dispatching to school auditoriums in 24 hours.
Color wheel and DLP chip work in-house
Workshop expands. We bring color wheel rebalancing, DLP chip cleaning and motherboard component-level repair under our own roof instead of sub-contracting to Mumbai.
5,000+ projector repairs milestone
Cumulative projector jobs cross 5,000 across Hyderabad's 50+ zones. Auditoriums, event venues, schools, conference rooms, home theatres, all on the books. AMC plans launched.

No Fix, No Fee
If we open your projector and can't fix the original fault, you don't pay for the repair attempt. The ₹149 visit charge stands, but no labour or parts get billed for an unsolved job.
