If you need a projector for a one-off event — a wedding, training, conference, exam, screening or temporary office demo — buying a unit is wasteful. We rent out tested, calibrated projectors with doorstep delivery and setup across Hyderabad. From entry-level 3,500-lumen presentation projectors to 6,000-lumen boardroom and event units.
For most events we recommend booking 3-7 days ahead so we can lock the unit and confirm screen size, throw distance and lumens needed for your venue. Confirm and pay deposit
Refundable ₹5,000-₹15,000 deposit paid via UPI / bank transfer locks the unit for your dates. Deposit returned on safe handback.
Doorstep delivery + setup
We deliver to your venue 1-2 hours before event start. Engineer sets up projector + screen + cables, calibrates the image and runs a 5-minute test.
Pickup after event
We pick up post-event — same evening for half-day rentals, next morning for full-day, scheduled for multi-day. Deposit refunded within 48 hours of safe handback.

If the rented projector fails on-site mid-event, we dispatch a replacement within 60 minutes (Banjara Hills / HITEC City / Madhapur) or 90 minutes for outer zones. No event downtime risk on you.

Yes — doorstep delivery, on-site setup and pickup are included in the day rate, across all 50+ Hyderabad zones. We arrive 1-2 hours before event start, set up the projector and screen, calibrate the image for your screen size, and run a 5-minute test. Pickup happens at the agreed end time.
6,000-lumen event-grade unit (₹3,999/day). For 60-120 audience, the 5,000-lumen boardroom unit (₹2,499/day) is sufficient. Below 60 audience or a small training room, the 3,500-lumen standard (₹1,499/day) is fine. Send us the venue dimensions and audience count, and we recommend the right tier.
Yes — weddings, sangeet, mehendi, reception, family functions are common. The 5,000-lumen or 6,000-lumen tier is best for outdoor / hall venues with ambient lighting. Includes tripod screen if you don't have a wall projection surface. WhatsApp the venue address and we'll confirm coverage and ETA.
₹5,000 for the standard 3,500-lumen tier, ₹10,000 for boardroom 5,000-lumen, ₹15,000 for event-grade 6,000-lumen. Refunded within 48 hours of safe handback, via the same UPI / bank route you used to pay. No deductions unless the projector is returned with damage.

We dispatch a replacement unit within 60 minutes for priority zones (Banjara Hills, HITEC City, Madhapur, Begumpet) and within 90 minutes for outer zones. The deposit and rental fee are unaffected — we eat the dispatch cost. Failures are rare (every unit is bench-tested between rentals) but the safety net is built in.
Yes — popular use case. If your projector is in our workshop for a 5-10 working-day repair, we can rent you a backup unit at the standard day rate. For Service Care Pack subscribers, the first 7 days of backup rental are free during a repair cycle.
