Initial on-site inspection
First visit is free under any AMC tier. We inspect each projector, document baseline condition (image quality, lamp hours, fan health, cleanliness) and flag any pre-existing issues.
Annual cover begins
AMC cover starts the day the agreement is signed. You raise issues by WhatsApp or call — we dispatch within priority SLA windows (24 hours for Pro, 4 hours for Business).
Renewal at 11 months
We send a renewal reminder a month before expiry, with a usage report (visits made, parts replaced, lamp hours added) so you can decide whether to renew, upgrade or downgrade the tier.

Lamp parts are not covered (lamps are consumables with predictable life). What's covered: lamp module fitting labour (free under Pro and Business), priority lamp procurement (24 hours instead of 2-3 days), 30-day warranty on the lamp and labour. Yes — Business tier supports adding projectors at any point. Cost is pro-rated for the remaining months of the current AMC year, so you don't pay for cover you don't use. New projectors get an initial inspection visit (free) and join the existing schedule.

Yes — Business tier covers multi-site contracts. We service all 50+ Hyderabad zones from our Secunderabad MG Road dispatch point. Branches in Banjara Hills, HITEC City, Madhapur, Gachibowli, Kondapur, Begumpet etc. all get the same SLA. Outside Hyderabad metro is not covered — ask separately.
Business tier 4-hour SLA: from the time you log a fault on WhatsApp / call to the time an engineer reaches your premises. Applies on weekdays, 10am-6pm, for priority zones (Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills, Begumpet, Madhapur, HITEC City, Gachibowli). Outer zones / weekends: 24-hour SLA. We track and report SLA compliance quarterly.
Pro-rated refund within the first 90 days, less the cost of any visits already made. After 90 days the AMC is non-refundable but transferable to another projector at the same site. Most customers renew — ask the existing AMC subscribers in your industry, we share references on request.
