No zone surcharge inside our 25 km Hyderabad radius. The visit charge is a flat ₹149 whether you are in Begumpet (10 min away) or LB Nagar (50 min away), and it is waived when you proceed with the repair. Repair pricing is the same rate sheet across all zones, quoted on WhatsApp before we dispatch.
Outside the GHMC area (for example, Shamshabad airport zone, Patancheru, Shamirpet, Medchal town) we handle by case. Workshop pickup-and-delivery is usually offered for board-level repairs, and on-site visits are arranged for SMB clients on a quoted basis. Yes. For multi-branch SMB clients (training centres, schools, hotel chains) we schedule a single dispatch that covers up to four projectors at one address, or two-three nearby addresses on the same day. Saturday is a normal working day. We dispatch from 10am to 8pm, same as Monday to Friday. Sunday the store is closed. Service Care Pack (AMC) Business-tier subscribers can request emergency Sunday support; ask about the SLA terms before signing up. Walk-in store visits are also welcome on Saturdays at MG Road, Secunderabad.
