Troubleshooting For The Screen Mirroring
- Check that you are using the correct wireless display mode on the projector.
- Screen Mirroring wireless mode is required for most devices, but if you are trying to connect an Apple device, you will need to select the DLNA wireless mode.
- Turn off Bluetooth on your phone or tablet, and then retry the connection. The Bluetooth connection on a phone or tablet may interfere with a wireless connection to the projector.
- Restart your source device and your Miroir projector, and then try the connection again.
- Environmental interference causes poor video quality.
- Try reducing the distance between your projector and your source device.
- If possible, ensure that both devices are in a location without walls or other obstructions between them.
- Turn off other wireless and Bluetooth devices (such as wireless printers, or Bluetooth speakers) that may be causing interference, restart the source devices and projector, and then try connecting again.
