Do I need to book appointment before submitting my projector for repair?

No, You can visit our Secunderabad or Madhapur Store to submit for repair or you can ask for Pickup and Delivery Service.

What kind of information do you need in order to book the projector in?

Please provide your full name, address, contact telephone number and email. If you are a company, we also require your company registration and GST number for our accounts department.

Is there a charge to inspect the projector?

No, we offer a Free Inspection at our workshop to diagnose the fault. A Free quote will then be sent detailing the repair cost.

Is there a charge when the quote has been rejected?

No, there is no charge unless you have chosen to use our courier service.

How long is the quote valid for?

The projector repair quote remains valid for 7 days. Any delays may be subject to additional charges.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash, Gpay, PayTM, PhonePe, card payments, bank transfers or cheque.

Can I pre-book a service for a specified date?

Of course, we are very flexible and always willing to put the customers’ needs first.

Do you work on holidays?

No, our working hours are Monday to Saturday 10:00am to 8:00pm

How soon can you organise pickup?

We can usually arrange collections on a Sameday or Next Working Day service, assuming the projector is booked in by 3pm.

My projector isn’t working, I tried a new lamp but no joy
